R.<\/a><\/span>, com isso, o mesmo promove uma <strong>distin\u00e7\u00e3o pouco clara<\/strong> entre nascente e olho d\u2019\u00e1gua.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">Isso porque o atual C\u00f3digo distingue <strong>nascente<\/strong> de <strong>olho d\u2019\u00e1gua<\/strong> pelo fato desse ser uma surg\u00eancia do len\u00e7ol fre\u00e1tico que n\u00e3o gera um curso d\u2019\u00e1gua, mas pode ter car\u00e1ter de perenidade. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\">Ao que Santos A. A defini\u00e7\u00e3o destas \u00e1reas ajuda a mitigar o impacto causado pelo exponencial crescimento populacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000; line-height: 1.3;\">As mesmas s\u00e3o <strong>\u00e1reas naturais intoc\u00e1veis, com r\u00edgidos limites de explora\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>. Ou seja, \u00e1reas nas quais n\u00e3o \u00e9 permitida a explora\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica direta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000; line-height: 1.3;\">Este \u00e9 o fator que diferencia uma <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/adenilsongiovanini.com.br\/blog\/area-de-preservacao-permanente-app\/\">\u00e1rea de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o permanente<\/a><\/span> de uma unidade de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso porque <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mma.gov.br\/areas-protegidas\/unidades-de-conservacao\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">unidades de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a><\/span> (UCs) estabelecem o <strong>uso sustent\u00e1vel ou indireto de \u00e1reas preservadas<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000; line-height: 1.3;\">Isso n\u00e3o significa que n\u00e3o existam circunst\u00e2ncias nas quais as \u00e1reas de APPs n\u00e3o possam ser utilizadas e at\u00e9 mesmo desmatadas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
